UPDATE (10/7): Due to the recent uptick of COVID-19 cases in our state, Coldwell Banker Offices, including the Brillion Office, will be open by appointment only. Call our office at 920-993-7355 with any questions.
UPDATE (8/3): In accordance with the new Wisconsin mask mandate, those who enter our Brillion office are required to wear a face mask. We also ask that those attending showings or conducting other business with our staff to wear coverings as well. Thank you for your cooperation. 
UPDATE (7/4): For the past three months, every closing that Krepline & Associates had, we donated $200 worth of groceries to our local Feeding America food bank. On June 1st, we announced that we had already donated $17,400 worth of groceries to Feeding America. We didn’t stop there and are proud to announce our grand total of $26,000 in groceries!
We want to thank all of our clients who closed with us during this time as you are the reason we are able to help our community!
We also want to thank our local business partners for their support towards this program and their continued support for our business. They include Bay Title, Waterstone Mortgage, The House Detectives, NEW Title, Cornerstone Mortgage, and Knight Barry Title.
UPDATE (6/15): Today select Coldwell Banker offices opened back up to the public. This includes ours! Our Brillion office is open and ready to help you! We have returned to our normal business hours of 8-4 weekdays (closed weekends). Covid-19 precautions are in place. 
UPDATE (6/1): Happy June! For the past 45 days, to help families that are struggling due to the pandemic, we were donating $200 from every closing we had. This, along with donations from our business partners, helped us get to a total of $17,400 in groceries for Feeding America! We will continue to donate through June and will announce a grand total at the end of the month!
UPDATE (5/26): As we head into summer, a routinely very busy time in real estate, we want to remind buyers and sellers that our business continues. The market is especially good for sellers. With the average sale price at a three-year high, 96% of listings closing at their listing price, and listings spending less time on the market, it is creating a perfect storm for sellers!
